No more skiing?

In the last 15 years, the number of skiers in Switzerland has fallen by 25%. And it's not the lack of snow at the start of this season that's going to encourage them to hit the slopes. So how do we attract skiers back? Why aren't they coming back? Is it the fault of the schools, which often give up on ski camps, or the high cost of the sport, or the fact that the welcome we offer is sometimes deemed insufficient? How can we reinvent our ski resorts? Should we develop all-inclusive formulas and low-cost beds?
