Revision of the law on child maintenance: a law that doesn't just make people happy!

On January 1, 2017, the revised law on child maintenance came into force. A law that was supposed to protect children from poverty in the event of separation and, above all, put all children on an equal footing, whether they were born within or outside marriage. Where do we stand three years on?
