Sarah Joliat, 38, is one of the few female undertakers in French-speaking Switzerland. It's not easy to make a place for yourself in what is still a very male-dominated environment, so in 2011, with a partner, she set up her own company "Les pompes funèbres du Léman". More broadly, how can we put an end to gendered professions?
