Catholic Church: the end of impunity?

New earthquake in Switzerland on the front of sexual abuse in the Church: a study by the University of Zurich reports more than 1,000 cases of abuse since 1950 and documents the culture of secrecy and concealment within the Church. Can we still count on the Church to make the necessary reforms? How can we put an end to the cult of secrecy and the relationship to sex that perverts the institution? And is it now up to the State to bring the Church into line?
