Poke bowl: the new-look fast food from Hawaii

The Poke bowl is the latest culinary craze to come out of Hawaii. Made with rice, a touch of avocado or mango, raw fish, and a sauce of your choice, this dish is reputed to be fresher, healthier, more digestible than its takeaway rivals tacos and other burgers. But the raw fish in it makes it a fragile food.
