Novartis restructures, acquires GSK's oncology division

The Basel-based pharmaceutical group has signed an "asset swap" with Britain's GlaxoSmithKline, from whom it is taking over its oncology products and to whom it is transferring its vaccines. A major investment that will undoubtedly have positive consequences for cancer research and treatment.
