Is Helsana's refusal to pay Vidymed's emergency fee legal?

The Centre d'Urgence de Vidy in Lausanne will no longer welcome Helsana policyholders in the evenings after 7:00 pm, at weekends and on public holidays. The Vidymed group says it is taking this step because of its dispute with the insurer over the billing of the emergency fee.
