Nobel Prize for Literature awarded to Frenchwoman Annie Ernaux

The 2022 Nobel Prize for Literature was awarded on Thursday to French novelist Annie Ernaux for her work and treatment of "memory", the Swedish Academy announced. Her autobiographical narratives have also made her a feminist figure.
