No real wage growth expected in 2025

The employees' umbrella organization Travail.Suisse has demanded "significant" wage increases for 2025, calling for up to 4%. Despite the economic recovery and rising productivity, real wages have been falling for 3 years and are at 2014 levels, it claims.
