Low-wage earners, the first victims of the crisis and short-time working

The economic sectors whose employees have the lowest incomes are also the hardest hit by short-time working. In Switzerland, almost half of short-time working comes from these branches, according to calculations by the Swiss Trade Union Association (USS).
