Microcredit, solution or poison?

At the beginning of the 90s, we rarely heard of microfinance or microcredit. Yet the term was to become popular, and all the more so in the early 2000s when Muhamad Yunus, nicknamed the "banker to the poor" and founder of the first microcredit institution, Grameen Bank, was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 2006.
