Heavy chlorothalonil pollution in Swiss groundwater

Swiss groundwater contains too many chlorothalonil metabolites. The limit value of 0.1 microgram per liter of drinking water is exceeded in large parts of the Plateau. For the Swiss Federal Office for Food Safety (OSAV), the pollution is considerable.
