Guillaume Farel, zeal and faith

From his birth in Gap, in the Dauphiné, to his death in Neuchâtel, Farel will have crisscrossed many regions of neighboring France and what is now French-speaking Switzerland. After studying literature, he was influenced by progressive evangelical movements, and the convictions he drew from them forced him to emigrate.
