Is a woman cared for in the same way as a man? How does gender influence physiologies and pathologies? Until now, only data related to biological sex were taken into account. If the medical profession has become gender-sensitive, what are the consequences in terms of discrimination, clinical and research practices, but also in terms of access to positions of responsibility in healthcare settings?
