Drugs: no more fantasies?

The United Nations had set itself a deadline of 2019 to eradicate drug trafficking. When it comes to taking stock, it's a bit of a cold shower. The drug market is still going strong, with all the public health, safety and social problems that entails. So what are the policies for tomorrow? Is the end of repressive measures in sight? Is decriminalization the way forward?
