Disability: when will there be equality?

In 2014, Switzerland ratified the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. By acceding to this text, Switzerland committed itself to guaranteeing the participation of people with disabilities in society. But in reality, many obstacles remain. Access to training, to the job market, to culture and sports, to civic rights, accessibility of public and private places: the list of projects to achieve equality is still long. How can we provide a better framework for the world of disability?
