Didier Queloz, the confidences of a Nobel Prize winner

On October 8, 2019, Swiss astronomers Michel Mayor and Didier Queloz were awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics for their 1995 discovery of the first planet orbiting a star other than the Sun. The discovery of this exoplanet opened up a whole new dimension in modern astronomy.
