Crispr: molecular scissors for the treatment of neurological diseases

Thanks to the Crisp technique, scientists can modify DNA, cutting it, removing a piece or, on the contrary, sticking on a new one. Researchers at the University of Lausanne have used this technique to modify mutations in 14 neurological diseases, including Huntington's disease.
