Covid-19: media coverage

A year ago, a man in his seventies from Ticino, on his return from Italy, was infected with the coronavirus. Since then, our country has recorded more than half a million Covid-19 sufferers and 9,000 deaths. What are we to make of the media's treatment of these first Covid patients?
