Covid-19 causes a decline in life expectancy in Switzerland

High coronavirus mortality is driving down life expectancy in Switzerland, according to an analysis by Geneva-based demographer Philippe Wanner. Significant in Ticino and the Lake Geneva region, modest nationwide, this decline is proving to be exceptional.
