What is the knowledge and practice around breastfeeding? What are the differences between the support offered by independent, home-based midwives and that provided by midwives and nurses working in a hospital complex? How important is the father's role? Why are same-sex couples not included in the statistics and not referenced in the discourse of the medical profession?
