A bilingual teaching program from an early age

580 Neuchâtel pupils are currently receiving bilingual education thanks to the PRIMA pilot project. But one of our listeners, who would like to enroll his daughter, wonders if all children have the same chance of benefiting from this program. How do you register your child? What steps need to be taken, and by whom? And is it really worth teaching a second language to a child from an early age?
