A better understanding of deal networks

For Loïc Pignolo, a lecturer and researcher at the Universities of St. Gallen and Geneva, and a specialist in commercial exchanges in street dealing, "every two or three years, there's a polemic that comes out around street dealing". But in his view, it's important to try and de-individualize the issue, "to look not just at individuals, but at the more global system around them".
