Artist Josephine Baker enters the Panthéon

Music-hall star, anti-racist activist, early resistance fighter, free woman with multiple husbands, lovers and mistresses, mother of a "rainbow" tribe, Josephine Baker entered the Panthéon, in Paris, this Tuesday, November 30, 46 years after her death in 1975.
