Are babies born by MAP underweight?

Recent studies suggest that babies born through medically assisted reproduction (MAP) are often too light. Yet, low birth weight (less than 2.5 kg) is correlated with cognitive disorders such as concentration problems or hyperactivity... However, this is not what we observe in these children!
