The Amazon rainforest, from carbon sink to carbon source

A rather serious observation: lʹAmazonia is no longer the "lung of the Earth". The Amazon rainforest has recently gone from being a carbon sink to a carbon source. Worrying news for the climate, but also for biodiversity.
