200 years of the Geneva Medical Society

200 years ago, the Geneva Medical Society was born. A collective work entitled "Deux siècles de la Genève Médicale, de la saignée à l'intelligence artificielle" traces its history. This book explores the specificity of this medical society, located in the heart of Geneva and influenced by its international geographical context with the presence of the WHO. it is illustrated with engravings and photographs and tackles various themes such as the management of epidemics, the evolution of pediatrics and the place of women in medicine.
