When the police guess the crime

Can we imagine a day when a thief, rapist or other criminal is arrested before he or she even commits the crime? This science-fiction scenario is already a reality in the cantons of Zurich and Aargau, but also in Milan and the USA. Predicting where and when the next crime will take place is what we call predictive policing.
