What our gestures reveal

What could be more natural, mechanical, biological than the ordinary movements of our bodies. Walking. Eating. Dressing ourselves. And yet, our gestures too sʹinscribe themselves in a social context. Our surroundings, the culture in which we are immersed, influence the way we move our bodies.
