What are the prospects for the canton of Neuchâtel?

The people of Neuchâtel have rejected by almost 60% the construction of a new judicial hotel in La Chaux-de-Fonds. Laurent Tissot, professor of contemporary history at the University of Neuchâtel, fears for the canton's cohesion.
