Too much concrete in the countryside?

Every day, the equivalent of eight soccer pitches are concreted in Switzerland. That's too much, far too much for the Swiss Young Greens, who want to put an end to urban sprawl. So from now on, should we compensate every new building zone by returning an equivalent area to nature?
