Tax reform: a win-win situation?

Can we save Switzerland's competitiveness and bail out our pension funds at the same time? That's the ambitious challenge of RFFA, for tax reform and AHV financing, the package you'll be voting on on May 19. The idea is that, for every franc of tax saved by companies, one franc will be donated to the AVS. So RFFA really is a win-win situation?
