Switzerland, a refuge for collaborators?

Did Switzerland show leniency towards Germans close to the Nazis who lived on its territory, whether in the 1930s or during the Second World War? A historian has just brought to light, the leniency enjoyed during this period by three German professors at the University of Fribourg.
