Swisscom to buy local.ch directory

Following Tamedia's takeover of Publigroupe, Swisscom is proposing to buy local.ch. This directory is equally owned by Publigroupe and Swisscom. The telecoms operator is therefore offering 230 million francs to acquire the shares it does not yet own.
