Swiss neutrality called into question by the Crypto AG affair?

The Swiss company Crypto AG sold booby-trapped encryption devices to states so that the CIA or German intelligence services could spy on the whole world. The authorities were presumably aware of this. Is this the revelation of a hypocritical dimension of Switzerland's famous neutrality?
