Swiss multinational convicted of corruption under Gaddafi

Nitrochem AG, a subsidiary of Swiss fertilizer giant Ameropa, and two executives have been convicted in connection with the payment of a $1.5 million bribe into the Geneva account of a senior Libyan dignitary in 2007.
