The "Swiss made" sweet potato

Sweet potatoes have made their way onto our shelves and into our fields. For the past ten years or so, local farmers have been producing varieties that have acclimatized very well. It's easy to grow, easy to cook and keeps beautifully. It differs from the potato, notably in its nutritional value.
