Is Switzerland at risk of a terrorist attack? The answer is yes, very clearly. The threat level is high, even if the intelligence service doesn't give a value scale. But all the signals are red: 600 people, likely to have links with the Islamic State organization, are in the crosshairs of the intelligence service.
