The subtle language of mushrooms

Researcher Matteo Buffi is devoting his thesis at the Laboratoire de microbiologie de lʹUniversité de Neuchâtel to the complex physiology of fungi. He is seeking to highlight their ability to communicate thanks to electrical signals emitted by the mycelium, the filamentous part of the fungus that is generally underground.
