The street is (still) ours!

Young people committed to the climate, the Gilets Jaunes, Algerians saying stop to Bouteflika, women demanding more dʹEgalité. Despite social networks, Facebook groups, online petitions, street mobilization remains alive and well in 2019. How do you explain this vitality? This need to meet in a public, physical space? Does the virtual amplify these citizen movements?
