Russian diplomatic chief Sergei Lavrov rejects Swiss good offices

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov inflicted a slap in the face on Ignazio Cassis and the Federal Council at a UN press conference. He questioned Switzerland's neutrality, in particular because of the sanctions taken by Berne against Russia.
