Airbnb, Uber, the sharing economy, Big data, virtual reality, the internet of things, the smart factory: revolution 4.0, or the fourth industrial revolution, is underway and we are, for some, on the cusp of a "technological tsunami" destined to upend society as a whole, just as the steam engine and mechanization did, followed by electricity.
