The question of assisted suicide is the subject of debate in Valais

Assisted suicide is sparking debate in all Swiss cantons, and Valais is no exception. The Valais Hospital has decided to authorize assisted suicide within its walls for exceptional situations, and the Valais parliament is due to debate a motion entitled "Death, a private matter?" on March 10, 2016.
