A protein that "arranges" the work of others

Researchers in Geneva have discovered the role of the Not1 protein. This very large protein, found in humans, animals, fungi, plants and protozoa, acts as a scaffold and beacon to enable the assembly of proteins, according to the genetic program they must execute.
