Paper made from stone

What if the future of paper was pebbles? Pascal Parmentier, printer and head of sustainable development and the circular economy at the Quimper Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Brittany) has developed, with his colleague Sylvain Bouvier, "Armen Paper", a start-up specializing in the production of "stone sheets". This paper is made from calcium carbonate, in other words, crushed stone. It is even said to be waterproof and requires no water for its design.
