Palestine: to film is to exist

"Palestine, filmer, c'est exister" (PFC'E) was created in 2012 with the idea of giving space to the gaze, creativity, imagination, humor, convictions and hopes of Palestinian filmmakers, from the West Bank, Gaza and the countries of exile that welcome them.
