Our primate ancestors saw as we do

The visual system of the microcebe mignon resembles our own and that of other primates. This tiny sixty-gram lemur, lʹone of today's smallest primates native to Madagascar, shows that this system has probably been the same since the origin of primates fifty-five million years ago.
