The fall of the Berlin Wall does not seem to have changed the situation. Today, the West and Russia are once again challenging each other. This was the case in Ukraine, itʹs even more blatant in Syria. The clash is also on the terrain of values. For some, Russia is the bulwark against a decadent West.
