Moscow attack: death toll rises, 11 arrested, including 4 assailants

A shooting followed by a fire at a concert hall on the outskirts of Moscow has left at least 133 people dead and around 100 injured. The Islamic State (EI) group has claimed responsibility for the armed attack, while an investigation has been opened for "terrorist act".
