20 years ago, an attack killed 14 people at the Zug parliament building

Twenty years ago, one of Switzerland's worst attacks plunged the canton of Zug into mourning. On September 27, 2001, a gunman burst into the Grand Council chamber and opened fire, killing eleven members of parliament and three state councillors, before turning the weapon on himself.
